"In 2009, I purchased an air conditioning unit from Jack Strickland Heating & Air for my rental property. It is a frame house off the ground and even though the current system worked it was very costly, Jack Strickland Heating & Air came out to give me an estimate after we had gotten several estimates from other companies. The manager gave me a great price, (better than all the other companies); but most of all the manager really seemed to know the systems better than anyone else. He was not just a sales person but he was very knowledgeable about the units on the market. We decided on a unit that would be just right and I signed a contract. The technicians came out as scheduled and began taking the old unit out and installing the new unit. The technicians were polite and quiet. They didn't leave any mess and the new air conditioner was running the same day. The thermostat was easy to control and everything ran so quietly.  I highly recommend them for any services; they stand behind their work and are easy to reach if necessary."
